These fulgurites from the Sahara Desert are more typical of fulgurites sold on Ebay and elsewhere. They are mostly
irregular tubes but some are rippled blades and others have a shape
that is just plain odd.
As you can see from the measurements, these are smaller than the Arizona fulgurites and were sold in bulk.

Sahara Desert fulgurites
are thought to be thousands of years old, and typically come from areas where lightning is absent today,
bearing witness to long term climate change.
It is said that they are collected by native tribal nomads who also collect meteroites and ancient artifacts.
