Lacewing mouthparts are very complex, in additon to the inner and outer jaws they have a pair of organs that look like a second pair of antennas. Like other parts of the body, the mouthparts are covered with very fine hairs. Note that the lacewing's eyes are quite large compared to the rest of the head. This is probably for achieving good vision in low light situations.
