To the naked eye, lily pollen looks like the typical pollen collected by bees, a clumpy yellow powder, this color is retained in the 2nd and 4th pictures, which were taken with superstage lighting. Because it is only slightly translucent, at lower powers lily pollen has a dark appearance when viewed under normal substage lighting. |
